OPC UA Client for "Sorter of Boxes" Laboratory Model
Magáth, Marek ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is about OPC comunication protocol, specifically the newest specification OPC UA (Unified Architecture). By creating OPC UA client application using the OPC UA .NET libraries offered by the OPC Foundation for free. Setting up the OPC server on the S7-1500 PLC using the TIA Portal V14. Part of the work is done by modifying model Třídička beden, specifically with the modification motor control and creating more complex control task for this model. Next, by creating a control program in the Ladder Diagram, where I specifically describe some solutions of problems. And also by creating visualization on the touch panel TP700 Comfort. The visualization is created in WinCC, which is part of the TIA Portal. Finally, I describe how to link the OPC UA client created together with the touch panel and the PLC that control this model. And how to collect or observe the process data.
EI&C planning and control of the assembly line
Tuka, Marián ; Sobotka, Milan (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The content of this diploma thesis is description of semi-automatic assembly line, description of design and realization of electroprojection including electrical switchboard and control panel, together with description of design and implementation of control system including communications and user interface. Part of the thesis is also the analysis and solution of safety risks using a safety controller and overall verification and evaluation of the functionality of the whole system on described line.
Laboratory model "Girders" innovation
Žatečka, František ; Baštán, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with both hardware and software innovation of “Girders” model which is a part of the subject Programmable automation controllers. The first part describes theory regarding PLC together with its programming languages and the design of a model connection scheme. The second part introduces an example consisting of pattern protocol, programs written in LAD and SCL and its visualization.
Integration of flow and pressure sensors into the compressed air plant subsystem
Rýznar, Jan ; Baštán, Ondřej (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
The work deals with the design of the project solution 1007 - Měření průtoku vzduchu. The subject of the project is the integration of flow and pressure sensors on compressed air distribution in the paper industry. The solution uses decentralized peripherals together with a programmable logic controller communicating with each other via the Profinet network. Operating software for programmable logic controller and decentralized peripherals and HMI panel is parth of the project. As well as drawing documentation including solutions for powering individual components.
HMI application for Android using OPC UA
Hurník, Jakub ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the connection of the laboratory model of the drilling machine, creating a model task for this model and implementing the Android operating system into Raspberry PI. The theoretical part describes the communication standard OPC UA and outlines the possibilities of creating the HMI application. The practical part includes creation of program for PLC in Tia Portal environment, implementation of Android to Raspberry PI, development of HMI application and functionality testing.
